I had another company come to diagnose a problem with my Thermador wall oven/ microwave. The technician didn't pull the unit away from the wall.... didn't seem to know what he was doing. Diagnosis: I"t's probably the main relay board." Company called me say it was discontinued and the part was not available "anywhere". Called Mr. Appliance. Eric pulled the unit from the wall, found the circuit map, found a loose screw... tightened it...and a dirty, dusty switch... cleaned it. Both the oven and microwave now work perfectly! These people know what they are doing. Have worked on our washer and dryer. They are on time and know what they are doing. Doesn't take forever to get an appointment.
I had them come out on my Kenmore/LG fridge to replace the compressor, to only find out that didn’t fix it. They refunded me my money and left the new compressor on it. They are going to take it to the shop to dig into it to see what’s going on. They are gonna give us a loaner till they get it fixed! I was very please with the service, but they went over and beyond with the service they provided. Honest company that will always get my business and I’ll tell everyone I know how awesome they are. Again thank you!
