Our refrigerators water dispenser stopped working suddenly so we called Mr. Appliance in Augusta GA for an evaluation and estimate for repairs. Quinton showed up on time the next morning as scheduled. He was very professional and polite and got right to work diagnosing the issue. It ended up being a simple clogged line and I was only charged the diagnostics fee. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my own appliance repair needs in the future
