We needed repair on our garbage disposal. They came out on Friday for diagnosis and determined we needed a new disposal. Quentin came out on Saturday and installed a new unit. Thanks for great customer service! We will definitely be calling again!

We have had to call Mr. Appliance 3 times in the last month for service. Each time the service person has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. They have fixed our problems quickly and with excellent results. Their fees have been exactly as we were quoted ahead of time. I plan to use their company for all appliance needs in the future.
Very quick and honest estimate. Advised me within minutes that it would cost me more to fix my washer than buying a new one.
I had a refrigerator freezer that was cold but not freezing. Mr. Appliance was very knowledgeable and courteous. He discussed with me what he was doing and why as he attempted to diagnose the problem. He was very straight forward with me and concluded that the fix would likely be more expensive than it is worth, rather than taking my money and fixing it anyway. I had a broken dryer. I called multiple companies before I could find someone who was willing to work on my Samsung dryer. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem. He was very nice. The office was very kind in coordinating the repair. They were timely and replaced the part. The repair proved more difficult and required another part. Well to start, this was a referral to me from a networking group. So I'm thinking yes finally a great connection, right? Wrong! I called and the young lady I spoke to either couldn't hear me or had no idea how to spell even the simplest of names / words because I literally had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times and even upon the call back some of the information wasn't correct or was missing.
