I was thrilled that both the diagnostic appointment and service appointment were on time and orderly. I appreciated the simple and honest explanation of what went wrong with our dryer and the help assessing whether repairing it or replacing it would be worthwhile. There's no question that in the future I will schedule with Mr Appliance for repairs.
Very professional and even though my experience wasnt that great because of a mishaps that could have happened to anyone. They fully understood and made it right. Alot of businesses probably wouldn't have responded back so fast but they did and I would recommend them to anyone and if something happens to my other appliances they will be the first ones I would call. Thank you all for your professionalism and integrity.
I had a clogged dryer duct for weeks. We tried to get it cleaned and nothing. I finally reached out and Mr. Appliance did good. It’s fixed. Done in a timely time frame and the guys were super polite.
When my ice maker stopped making ice I called Mr.Appliance of West Augusta. Quentin came out and serviced the ice maker and its worked like a charm since. I received great and friendly service and would definitely recommend them for all your appliances.
