I have a Fisher Paykel dryer that wasn't working. Called one company and they didn't show up for the appointment. Called Mr. Appliance to set up an appointment and was given a 3-5 pm dreaded appointment window. I was absolutely shocked when Shawn arrived at exactly at 3:00 pm. Mr. Smith came out on a Saturday to help with our refrigerator/freezer. After looking at it for a couple minutes his inspection revealed a freon leak in the sealed system which would cost more than a new fridge would. So instead of throwing hundreds and thousands at an 11 year old fridge, we have purchased a new one on his recommendation. This kind of honesty is what earns repeat customers and we have already recommended Mr. Smith to multiple people if they were to ever have appliance issues.
I have a Samsung otr microwave that's been giving problems..I called Samsung and they wanted to recommend a company out of Atlanta to come look at it for $200...I then called Mr. Appliance...they sent Shawn out the same day to look at it...he was very up front with me after diagnosing the problem and said the parts needed Samsung no longer makes..he didn't charge us anything since it did not make sense to try and fix it...I told him I'd be calling back for an install once we get a new one...I appreciate his honesty and strai... read more
