We had Mr Appliance out twice. It was the same technician both times. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. The first time he came and fixed our washer. The next time it was our fridge. He was honest about the part and it not being worth the repair. He gave suggestions on things to try to get it to last longer. His suggestions worked so well our fridge is still hanging in there over six months later. We would use them again.
These technicians do not know what they are doing!! The technician sent to my house had never worked on a GE Cafe dishwasher and he didn't even know how to get into it to check the control board. He was looking for a hidden screw that didn't exist!! He finally had to call for help and try to have someone else walk him through it. Even that didn't work!
