My dishwasher failed to work so i called and within one day, I had an incredible technician! He diagnosed one of the problems and found the second problem as well and was amazing ! i would recommend this company and Paul to whomever needs appliance repair done with quality!
My LG dryer would not start because of a FO sensor problem. The technician came out right when he said he would. I was sent text messages letting me know who to expect and when to expect which was nice. It took the tech a while to figure out what was wrong. But when I heard my dryer start up it was music to my ears! I hated having to go to the laundry mat to dry clothes. So happy to have my dryer working again. Chris came to our house on Wednesday about our 18-year-old Dacor Oven. He was knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and personable.
The technician (Kevin) came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part immediately and was back out in 4 working days to install the new part...he was very nice and easy to work with...would highly recommend them based on this experience.
