This company has wasted so much of my time and effort (and $200), that I can't imagine how they can stay in business. They are awful and I advice anyone to stay away. They were assigned to us by Lowe's and I have tried repeatedly to tell Lowe's to stop using them. This business now goes by the name of Central Ma Appliances and it has the inability to return consumers' phone calls to give them an update on whether their appliance parts have been ordered, received, and scheduling a follow-up appointment. We had a service appointment on October 11, 2021. The technician came and did not have the correct replacement part. Mr. Appliance of Carrollton: The personnel (the four we dealt with) were all very pleasant and behaved professionally; the problem was that the problem they were paid to solve, didn't get solved. The ice maker in our refrigerator wasn't working and the first technician quickly said we needed a new unit ($400), so they ordered and installed. Very professional service. The technician, They was knowledgeable, helpful and showed up on time. Fixed the problem quickly. Worked cleanly and carefully. I will use them again for my appliance repair needs.
Outrageous pricing. For installing a $100 part, the service charge is $250. Total time for the repair was 30+ minutes!
Technician was not certain of his diagnosis, so before ordering parts he brought another tech with him to be sure. At no additional cost to me! They also looked at another appliance also without charge while they were here. They were GREAT.

Mr. Appliance is not a reputable appliance repair business. My experience is that the owner, Matt, has not hired qualified appliance technicians who are able to diagnose a problem that results in a successful repair for the homeowner. This is my story and their playbook: You call and speak with Matt or Ryan to schedule an appointment and they make you believe that they have very limited availability and they will send a technician when it is advantageous to them from a route scheduling perspective. I really should have read these reviews before calling them for help! They came and did a quick diagnosis on my washer and said that replacing the rubber seal would fix the leaking problem, I was not very convinced at the time but still agreed to let them do the repair. I was charged about $350 in total but after the replacement the problem is not fixed at all! the leaking issue is even worse!
