Mr Appliance looked at my refrigerator 4 weeks ago. Shane came out told us what was wrong but he doesn't have time to get back with us regarding the cost of repairs. When I call I talk to hateful little Jamie who informs me Shane can't respond until his current calls are done. So new customers are important. Customers waiting are not worth their time. Worthless, disrespectful, hateful.
I had a terrible experience with them in November which cost me a new microwave. I called the manager, Ms. Sharon and received a call. I turned them into BBB Case #28021145 12/11 (go to BBB website for information on my case) and still today not one call back about this situation. Don't use these people.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a whole new appliance package from Lowe's just over a year ago. My microwave stopped heating. Wouldn't you know my factory warranty must be contracted through these guys. I have been dealing with this since September. Jacob has made a total of 5 trips to my home. Talked to a dispatcher and she said she was not able to answer any questions of mine and all the technicians were busy w other jobs. Told me if I had any questions to call geek squad. She got off the phone before I had an opportunity to tell her I was asking as a customer. I'll go somewhere else thank you.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. It took them a week to come look at our dishwasher. Once they assessed the problem, they said it would be two weeks before the new part would arrive and they could send a repairman out to install it. That seemed a little long, but we waited patiently. Two weeks later the repairman shows up with the new part. He decides that he could save time by taking only the part that was broken on our dishwasher off the new part and install only that part. We have been waiting for a microwave to be repaired since March 10th. It is June 6th and the microwave is in their shop along with the uninstalled part. I do not understand how they are still in business. They made three unsuccessful visits to fix it on sight and finally took it in after a technician checked it off as fixed even though it was not. Stay far away from this company. They are the worst I've ever dealt with.

We had Jacob from Mr. Appliance over yesterday to fix a part back that had broken off of our dishwasher. While he worked on it, he seemed very agitated and dropped and slammed parts (he was so loud it startled us!) After installing the part, our dishwasher would not turn on even though it did prior to his arrival. He even said it came on when he first came to diagnose the problem and he didn't know why it wouldn't come on after he installed the part.
