Very professional and courteous. A+ service!!!!! They replaced our old broken oven and had it installed and ready for me to use in a timely manner and left no trace that they we there. Technicians were very knowledgeable and were friendly to our kids and pets. I will use them again for any future appliance needs!

Worst customer service I've even seen. I have now been a month without a refrigerator and have to use this company due to my home warranty service. The technician who came to my home said our refrigerator would be fixed in 4 days and here we our a month later without a refrigerator! They do not answer the telephone, do not return messages and blame the home warranty company when they approved the appliance to be fixed weeks ago! I do not know how they stay in business.

I am not sure where to start here...over a month and my refrigerator isn't fixed after waiting on a part that should have been in "4 business days" after they ordered it. Last week he came 2 hours before I told them I could have someone to meet them...and today they were a no show, no call during a 5 HOUR WINDOW. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
These guys were very good. Professional, curtious, efficient and knowledgeable. Appreciate their work and thanks for your help.
