Has been a horrible experience... scheduled the in house technician and he quickly let me know that it was going to be a costly fix. $325 dollars to repair my washer... the $89 evaluation was waived and they needed half of the payment up front. I did pay. Now 3 weeks later I have not heard about parts, when they are planning to schedule the repair, I called a week ago and they said the person that handles that is no longer with them. RecommendedThey were on time at 8:30 in the morning, did a great job installing and demonstrating my new dishwasher including helpful hints. They went above and beyond putting tape & steel wool to keep out unwanted "visitors". Definitely a 5 star experience.
My dryer had stopped working and I contacted Me Appliance on Tuesday to schedule a repair. it was scheduled for Thursday between 8-12. At 1 I still hadn't heard from anyone. I got online to look at reviews(which I should have done from the start) and this is business as usual. They also don't tell you about the $89.95 trip fee they charge for just coming out to look.
These guys are an efficient team who are knowledgeable, on time and leave with a perfect clean-up They installed 2 appliances for me and it couldn't have gone any better.
Installed my dishwasher bought from Best Buy! Doesn't work and they won't even call me back!! Avoid Best Buy's free installation if these guys hook up!! No wonder they didn't start a cycle while I was watching!! I will go ahead and PAY my own appliance people to come and fix the problem!!

Never been so disappointed in a service company! They had our microwave for 5 weeks, we picked it up and it worked for one week. Now has smoke coming out at the seams. Been trying since yesterday at 8:09 a.m. to have the manager or owner return my call with no avail. Ridiculousness at its finest! Please use extreme caution if you use this company. I will not be recommending them to anyone!
Mr. Appliance has taken care of my appliances on several occasions! Each time, they were fast, efficient and friendly. They showed up when they said they would, got to work & fixed the problems without any trouble. And the price is reasonable, too! All in all, a great experience! And we recommend them every time we hear of others needing service. Thank you, Mr. Appliance!
