I love this fitness center because of its wonderful management, staff and members. The classes are diverse and help with all aspects of your fitness levels. One of the best gyms in town, no doubt!

I finally found a gym I like. So many classes to choose from. The gym is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Love to take my favorite classes with fellow instructors being new here i approached the gym for teaching opportunities, I was happily surprised with the way the gym is, layout, cleaness, variety and as a dancer appreciated the ....floor of the exercjse room :), the staff I met pleasant, Melissa is a great manager and so welcoming and inviting, i enjoyed her Zumba class with Kathryn this morning as well as the members I had the opportunity to meet.
