I like the variety and the many different types of classes.
I love this gym!! Whatever your fitness level this gym has everything to accommodate all age levels!! I just took the Real Ryder spin class and OMG what a serious sweat dripping workout!! I can't wait to take the next class!! If you looking to join a gym this is the one for you, hands down!

Great group classes. Linda and I are regulars for the last 2 years.
Been a member of M Power since last year and it's the best decision I've made. Went to another place for years and it doesn't compare to this facility. The owners are wonderful and you know you matter to them and are not just a number. The staff are all friendly and they have classes for any fitness level. The facility is well organized and very clean. They have made me look forward to going to the gym. Best place ever!
