I really like the gym.All instructors are great!!So many classes to enjoy!!Personally I love Zumba and spinning classes!!!
Grew up in metropolitan DC and moved here a couple years ago and this gym and service is just as good if not better than what I had up there. Awesome staff, equipment and classes. Also great that they have a daycare for us single parents. Definitely highly recommend.

I'm so happy at MPower! Have used many different fitness centers in FlaglerCo but MPower is the best!! Friendly, knowledgeable, real people as trainers who are In touch with their members!! I look forward to going everyday!! Open 24/7 with all the different classes you need to get your fitness on!!
