RecommendedThis is by far the best gym in Palm Coast. The owners actually care about you as an individual. They work hard to schedule classes that people want, they listen to their members and adjust the schedule accordingly. They make the gym fun to go to and motivate you to keep coming back. I'm hooked.
I absolutely love the atmosphere at MPower! Being an instructor there is great! The members are energetic and the owners are so supportive. Being a member there is even better! If you're looking for high energy classes, instruction on proper form, and support and encouragement throughout your fitness journey, this is the gym to go to!
Stopped going to my previous gym about 2 years ago where I had this wonderful instructor named Melissa, well when I decided to go back and found out she was no longer there but had her own place I was ecstatic and located her here at MPower fitness. Melissa, Jason and Fatima are the owners and do a fantastic job of keeping you in shape. They have a great variety of classes with the best instructors around. I joined in January of this year as a new years resolution. I am so happy I found THIS gym because I am sticking to it. I absolutely love love love all the classes they offer and the instructors make it so you want to keep coming back!!
