I've been to several fitness centers in Palm Coast and some of the things I truly appreciate about MPower - Awesome dedicated qualified instructors, knowing who is instructing when (a huge plus), the incredible variety of classes and available time slots, easy, nice floors, super clean facility, and the fully equipped gym is open 24/7. And did I mention the reasonable rates for all this? Nice job!

I'm so glad I joined and chose to do the special personalized workout designed for me to meet my goals. I'm looking forward to seeing the after results, and the entire journey as well. I love the classes too. I'm excited about trying some new dance classes.
I love this gym! The owner is wonderful and inspiring! The moment you walk through the doors it just feel right! Warm, welcoming and exciting!
