I so look forward to my three days a week at Mpower gym. I love the instructors, staff and my friends who attend. We all so enjoy our classes and find it to be mind lifting. I lost my husband of 55 yrs on December 27, 2017, my heart was broken and I was so lost. I decided to see what Mpower gym offered and was so happy to hear about the classes. It has been the best thing I ever did for myself. I thank God for a wonderful, loving gym to attend and am so thrilled with the results! You should try it.....you might like it!
Many classes with a lot of variety....sign up can be stressful but he adjusted to it. Instructors are great but a little bit impersonal. Place is clean with a lot of equipment. So far, so good...
