Great gym with child care. Best thing other than child care is the selection of classes, with terrific instructors and workouts. People go there to get a workout, not play. Also can set up small group training with instructors for extra time on favorite classes. The classes will get you great results!! Highly recommend.
I chose this gym for primarily for the child care. Found they had a great selection of classes. Truly turned out to be worth its weight in gold. I lost 20lbs in 2months and have sculpted muscle again. They have fantastic knowledgeable instructors (Chris Parks, Justin, Courtney, Melissa Mondello, Derek, Andre & Brett are my fav’s) with great workouts. They also offer small group training that you can sign up for additionally at minimal cost or individual personal training if you so desire. Highly recommended!

I received Personal training from CJ Watson for my snow bird period in Palm Coast. I just returned to my gym on Cape Cod for the summer. My trainer on Cape Cod could not believe the difference in my posture, strength and alignment after working with CJ. MPower fitness and CJ are the best !!!
This gym is amazing. So many different classes and great instructors. Staff is always friendly. This has become my happy place. I’m very happy I decided to join MPower family.

This gym is amazing! I use to dread going to the gym but now I look forward to it. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and nonjudgmental. The ladies in the Kids Korner are amazing, it's so nice to work out or take a class and have peace of mind knowing my kids are safe and having fun. They have so many classes to choose from and all the gym equipment is newer, clean, and in working order.
