Great company to rent from. For the location in Shadyside, you get a bargain. The office is so helpful in getting things done, maintenance shows up right away when I have a problem, and there is never a hassle. Been with Mozart for three years, and if I were not buying a house, I would stay another three.
The worst management ever. These people are the evil. Nobody we ever dealt with was professional. The service is terrible. Building are falling apart, and all they do is painting them. Do not rent from them.
Absolutely horrible. Maintenance does an extremely bad job "fixing" problems. My sink has overflowed onto my countertop and ruined my belongings multiple times. I did not even get an apology for my inconvenience from management.
