This practice is the best place I have been able to find for myself and my child! Everyone has been so welcoming, and we have been able to process our problems in a safe environment. Here’s to amazing therapists!!!
Unexceptable, forgot to call in my childs medicine. Had to call after 6th day and then finally called in after complaining multiple times. I have since moved on to a diffrent therapist for my child.
My child’s therapist couldn’t be on time to save her life no matter what time of day! Had extremely poor communication skills.
I called and got no answer several times then got up the nerve to leave a message and after 2 days called again. I was told that the person had to check with the lead therapist and would call me back. 2 days later I called again and was told that they were taking new clients but not with my specific counseling needs. This seems like bad practice for a mental health services facility.
