I had an awesome experience with Jake at Movement Prescribed. Phenomenal bedside manner. Very professional. I would have continued to waste so much money bouncing around to other chiro and PT clinics if I hadn't seen Jake. Jake was able to figure out what was wrong with me, fix my back, then teach me how to fix myself - all things which other chiropractors or physical therapy clinics I saw couldn't do. Jake is amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone in the Des Moines area, very knowledgeable, easy to schedule with and he has helped me a tremendous amount with my back pain!
Jake was able to help me when no one else could. Having struggled with my left knee pain for a few months, I was frustrated knowing that what I had tried was not helping. Highly recommend Jake for any muscle or joint pain. I was impressed by him on our first visit. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and a fantastic listener. He really focuses on patient centered care and was able to listen to my concerns, put me through an examination and help figure out what was going on. The best part is, Jake was able to help educate me on things I could do to on my own to prevent this from happening again.
Highly recommend Jake. I worked with Jake and Movement Prescribed remotely after what I thought was severely injuring my lower back deadlifting cold. Jake walked me through a series of tests that went over pain tolerance, range of motion, comfortability of movement, etc. Jake was able to immediately diagnose my muscle impingement as a mild strain, and we went through together a series of movements to relieve my stressed lower back.
