If I could give 0 stars I would . I never do rating but im beyond upset. DONT RENT HERE !! I HAVENT HAD THIS UNIT FOR A YEAR and it's been broken into 4 times!
I purchased an auction unit at the other location and it's not opened. Apparently they close Wednesdays. I drove 2 1/2 hours. It does not say it's closed on the door nor on the auction website. Not happy. The worker on s. Padre dr. Did try to help. Todos to her. Company sucks though.
It's out first time renting a storage unit, we didn't even know we needed to buy a lock. The on site service agent was a huge help and helped us with advice and got us into a unit that was the right size for us. She did an amazing job, thank you!
