We had been given a window to expect the serviceman. The office called back asking if the technician was available now would we like him to come earlier? Of course. Deven arrived and started to assess the situation. After examining the problem came up with a quote and plan of action. My wife and I discussed it and agreed. Great experience. Had a waterline leak over the weekend TJ came out on Sunday night and then made adjustments to his schedule to fit me in 1st thing in the morning. Full replacement of PB line (I couldn't believe this stuff was still out there!). He was pleasant and very good about explaining to me what needed to be done and what he was going to do. They are pricey. I had a new system furnace & air conditioning + a new water heater. It came to just shy of $12,000. 2 months later I could not get it to cool my house. They took out a 3 1/2 ton & put in a new 2.5 ton. After several service calls, I told them that I paid for a 3 ton. After doing some research, they put in the wrong one. Dan M from Admiral Plumbing Service was wonderful! He inspected my leaking toilet, told me what was wrong , gave me a price and quickly repaired it. Without me even asking or knowing until he left, he also repaired the toilet roll holder in the bathroom. He then inspected and adjusted my garbage disposal and also gave me great information on how to prevent the icemaker in my freezer from overproducing ice and dumping it at the bottom of the refrigerator.
