I had a plumbing emergency @4:30 pm when most places are ready to close. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and reassuring. She told me Deven would be here within the hour. He actually arrived earlier, explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Deven was pleasant and efficient and the job was completed quickly. He then did a free inspection of all my plumbing. The price was what he quoted, and he took care of my issue quickly. The plumber who came to quote our work, Ephantus, did a great job. He came to check one thing and said there was no problem but then noticed symptoms of a potential issue which he tested for. Our pressure regulator had failed. This has a potential to cause damage to fixtures and internal piping. We had double the "safe" maximum. He explained all this carefully and I was able to check with appropriate websites and proved him very correct. Ephantus came back the next day and did the work. Excellent response time on the hottest day of Oct. 2019 when AC/Heat Pump fan went out. My two special needs dogs must be kept cool, and me with severe allergies. Service was great & timely **********

Different technicians came to my house several times and all told me different diagnoses of my AC problems. Service Experts promised a refund that never came. They quoted us a new system nearly twice the price of other quotes.
