21 hours in ER and still waiting for a room. Takes a long time to clean a room. People are nice, but this is exhausting
They took care of my daughter yesterday as soon as we walked in, very quick and very helpful.
Nobody likes hospitals... My experience here from check in to surgery was awsome. SPECIAL thanks to Debby in radiology. My whole team was great.

Unfortunately you can't give below 1 star. What a joke. No comparison. All about telling you how over worked they are. If you have option go somewhere else
I can't say enough great things about the experience we had at Mountain View's emergency room. My daughter fell and cut open the back of her head and as her mom I was completely terrified. From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They got us back to a room quickly and got her entertained and stapled up before she even knew what had happened. I would recommend this hospital and ER to anyone!
