Dr Arnold Chung and his whole staff were all patient, kind and caring before and after surgery. I was very well taken care of and they always had time to explain and sometimes re-explain things to me. I got bathed every day, and had a private room; possibly because of the nature of my surgery. I am forever grateful to him, his staff and Mountainview hospital and it's nursing staff. Thank you
The nursing staff on the 5th floor of MountainView Hospital is truly the best! That have been so good to my mom! They are caring and gentle with her, and they even tolerate the many questions I ask over and over again. I hope they know what a blessing they are to my family! So thankful. ☺
Took my son in for a neck injury. Right away we were seen. He was in x-ray. Then in a room. He was seen and checked in quickly. He got his results back some medicine. They even gave us a school note without asking. Then we were done. Less than an hour. AMAZING. Never has an ER trip been so fast. Clean quick great staff. My 7yr old was treated very very well. Thank You.
E.R. unorganized!!!! People in waiting room with I.V.'s, just not right! Been here since 130!!!
Worst front desk service ever. I can not believe how horrible this ER is and I'll never come back.

My experience from check in to surgery, recovery and two nights on the 4th floor was great. The staff and nurses were very caring and on top of everything, especially Tony, Olga, Merrie and Joseph and i know that there were others. Thank you!
