Please discharge your patients that are incontinent with an adult brief. NOT just a hospital gown so that while said patient is in transport has an accident. This is not dignified.
Here we go with yet another terrible experience at this hospital. Nearly five hours waiting in the ER after being admitted waiting for a room. They won’t let us back to see our loved one. Staff won’t give us any updates. Staff won’t even answer any questions about transferring to a hospital that does have rooms available. Has patient care gotten this bad? My friend came here and they treated her rudely, understaffed, and unclean. Also did not listen to the patient at all.

I went to ER on the 29th of Dec. 2019.Then i was admitted for my A-Fib episode.My stay here was okey from the beginning ... until I’ve encountered in the middle of the night that someone is standing infront of me when i open my eyes and she told me your Phone and my reply ahh ok i thought it fell but knowing it was on the top of the side table because i was charging it and she’s pretending she’s checking the monitor of my heart then she left ....
