wife went into er at 9 this morning with pnemonia and was admitted. It is now 8 pm and is still in a chair in a room in er with no one checking in on her. She is 82 years old.

I entered mountain view ER via ambulance, I was experiencing debilitating pain in the lower right abdominal quadrant. I explained to the staff the only way to mediate the pain was to lie prone, instead I was put in a wheelchair which aggravated the pain even though there were many empty gurneys laying about. ER staff was extraordinarily cold while they laughed and joked amongst each other and ignored patients. they don't listen to the patient. and when you ask for a patient advocate your told no. can't reach risk management nor the top of the line supervisor any supervisor for that matter. we have rights as patients but staff don't think so.

RecommendedI need to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff at MountainView. They were super friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire surgical experience. I am so pleased with how efficient they are and each and every person I interacted with made sure I was informed and were so friendly and fun.
