you guys are killing people .. someone is in there on their death bed and no one can come in and see them.. my grandmother tells me she's scared she doesnt know what you all are doing she came in fine and now is sicker than ever.
1. What happened to compassion and dignity? 2. Listen to the patient instead of assuming you understand a problem. 3. provide space so that patients have privacy, herding them into hallways and recliner chairs 3 - 4 in a room is a really bad opportunity to spread infection. 4.Patients with decreased mental acuity should be accompanied by their assigned agent/caregiver not be left alone and fearful of everything.

I came into MountainView Hospital on Saturday, March 7, 2020 due to my water breaking. I gave birth on Monday, March 9, 2020. My experience at MountainView was absolutely amazing. I have not one bad word to stay about the Labor & Delivery staff was well as the NICU staff. You all have been amazing to me and my son! For any future children that I have, I will be coming back to MountainView. Thank you for all of your kindness as I embark on this new journey to motherhood! I appreciate all you did for us!
