My dad came in with pneumonia and he has dementia so he is also a little hard to reason with but all the staff took great care of him and made sure he was safe A special shout out to Reminy ( patient nurse) and Julie ( ICU nurse)
Labor and delivery is amazing! They made sure my husband and I were comfortable while we were there. As far as the ER goes, if I had a choice... I wouldn't go here. I would take my family to a different ER. Some are slow and rude. If you can make it to salt lake,go!
Its my first time at this hospital and I had to go in for a nosebleed that wouldn't stop. They and the paramedics attended me great. I was dreading the outcome and that I had to stay overnight. But everything turned out great and I was able to go home early. They even called a cab at their expense for me.
Last night I took my husband to the ER at Mountain West Medical Center. He was severely dehydrated and as pale as the white pillow case!! The staff was AMAZING!!! My husband was irritable and snapped at the nurse on two different occasions... But she just maintained her calm manner with him. AWESOME AWESOME STAFF AND DOCTORS!!! Thank you!! 😊

My hysterectomy experience was awesome from start to finish. I have had MANY great ER experiences with my active boys. Once I had a billing problem, but the staff helped me correct it when I called-they even wrote off a huge part of my bill with the prompt pay discount. I am thankful to have a great hospital in our community.
My daughter was in extreme stomach pain. Greg was her nurse and he took excellent care of her and made her comfortable! The doctor was awesome as well. Not sure of his name but he had an australian accent I think. They took the time to try and figure out what was wrong with her and made her feel better.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF IN THE ER. ESPECIALLY THE ER DOC, HE REMEMBERED ME FROM 2013 AND MADE SURE IT WAS KNOWN HOW MANY TIMES I'D BEEN IN THERE FOR THIS..AS WELL AS MY NURSE'S AND THE ON CALL DOCTOR THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RESEARCH MY CONDITION, AFTER HE REALIZED I'D BEEN THERE NOW 3 TIMES AND THAT IT STARTED IN MY 20's, AND FOUND OTHER REASONS FOR IT HAPPENING! SO MONDAY I'M SCHEDULING MY NEXT TEST! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE YOU A 5 STAR. BUT I SERIOUSLY CANNOT STAND THE HORRIBLE BEDS AND PILLOW... read more
