We recently had to pay a visit to your ER with my child. Normally I would go to Primarys, but time was not in our favor. I was highly impressed with the quality in which the ER staff gave me toddler. Gary in Respotory was absolutely amazing. We were admitted and the inpatient staff was fantastic, and Dr. Rich did an amazing job. Thank you for changing my mind on the quality of MWMC.
I will NEVER go back here after my experience last night. They did absolutely nothing for me. Got all checked in, sat in a room for 2+ hours without even being talked to by ANYONE just for a doctor to come in and tell me that they were going to give me an ibuprofen and send me home. Did absolutely NO tests, didn't look at me or even examine me at all. Pretty sad when someone at an urgent care takes more time and runs more tests then a doctor at a HOSPITAL.
Ended up here after my toddler got his finger smashed. They were great with him and us, they even took time to make sure my other son was okay because he was upset. It took some time, but they did get busy and it's an emergency room so I knew it wouldn't be in an out. Thanks for everything!
