we visited this emergency department on 6/29/25. From the moment we arrived, we were met with poor attitude and lack of empathy from the front desk staff. Specifically, a staff member named Ashley greeted us with unnecessary rudeness. As you know, no one comes to the ER for pleasure — we were already dealing with stress and anxiety due to a medical emergency. My 7 month old and I walked into the ER at 11:30 on Friday night (06/20) and were greeted with a not so friendly face. She asked “What can I do for you?” and when I replied with “my baby has a very high fever and has been projectile vomiting and I am very worried about him”. She held her finger her to up to her ear as a gesture that she could not hear me and gave me a very aggressive look. Went into the ER last night with a serious head injury. They took my daughter right in. Nurse Sam was amazing! Took great care of my daughter. Very much appreciate the care we got during our visit. Best experience I've had at an ER.
The worst ER visit ever!!! Understaffed inadequate, and rude, they need sensory training, the ER Dr wasn't bad, it was all the staff! They treated me like trash.. they had people on Gurney's packed in the hallways, cuz the rooms were full, there wasn't hardly room to get through.. it was a nightmare! Some of the comments to me were so rude downright mean..
The staff and Dr. were very nice and, given that I was in a lot of pain, very to the point and acted as quick as they could. They took very good care of me during the entire stay. Thank you to all of them!
