Was extremely nice, even with my body not cooperating. I have a hard time speaking directly to people but they still talked to me, not through me which I definitely appreciate. When it became apparent that I couldn't leave without risking returning, we were included in the conversation and asked about what we thought first. I would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! The ER here is a complete joke. My 40 minute visit was about 7k, 3k after insurance. I've never seen a bill with how they're possibly justifying these charges. The nurse was awful, wreaked of cigarettes and screwed up my IV, it burned like crazy and caused terrible bruises. She looked at me like I was lying when I said it was burning badly. She then looked at the IV and immediately panicked before removing it. The Doctor just wanted to prescribe pa... read more
Waiting in the lobby of the e.r. for over 4 hours haven't came to check on us hasn't said anything asked what's taking so long they said "cleaning a room now" didn't realize it takes an hour to clean the room

we visited this emergency department on 6/29/25. From the moment we arrived, we were met with poor attitude and lack of empathy from the front desk staff. Specifically, a staff member named Ashley greeted us with unnecessary rudeness. As you know, no one comes to the ER for pleasure — we were already dealing with stress and anxiety due to a medical emergency.
