All though the ER doctor was great, the night of Dec 6, 2017. Jessica the RN was horrible. She was very rude. The blood pressure machine wasnt working right and I told her it was hurting so she ripped it off of me and threw it. She ripped out the Iv leaving a big bruise and threw it in the garage and walked out of the room. Not sure what I did to be treated like that.
I think all of the 5 star reviews are a joke. My fiance has been in the hospital for 3 hours and I am extremely irritated, he was only there for a test that takes 1 hour at the most. They will not even let me speak with him.
Love this place! They showed respect & concern for me. Dr & nurse were helpful & kind. Thank you for a great experience!!
Please do not go here, my fiancé had a seizure but regained consciousness before they arrived. Told them she did not want to go to the hospital and they forced her to anyways. They came up with every excuse to do whatever test and eventually she was x-ray'd and they stole her necklace when they took it off. They claimed they put it back in her pocket but it never turned up. And to top it off their doctor tried to come up with b.s. as to what happened with no conclusive evidence. Hands down the most amazing supportive understanding staff I have ever had the opportunity to meet, and have care not only for my mother but assisting me in being able to better care for her. Words can not express how amazing they truly are.
We delivered our baby here and had wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and professional.
