My roommate and I need to sublease the apartment immediately. Me and my husband are international students with a dog and a baby. We have been living at mountain valley for over 3 years now and cannot be happier. There is lots of room for the baby to run around and to walk the dog. There's a huge gym with a full size basketball court and a pool which we enjoy during summer time as a family. The staff is super friendly, caring and helpful. The maintenance crew takes care of whatever fix we need very quickly. This is probably the most pet friendly place in Morgantown.
