Mountain states Toyota is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The customer service was outstanding. Jen Decker is a fabulous sales Rep. She was very kind and patient and very understanding. Josh who helped me with the financial paperwork was wonderful as well. My partner also owns a Rav4 which is how I got acquainted with MST and their outstanding customer service which is why I bought my Rav4 there.
Had routine service performed today and they recommended brake fluid ex change which I agreed to, 134.00 charge plus tax I was told. Got the bill and was charged an additional 10.05 for misc. charges which were explained to me as shop supplies, rags that might have been used etc. The fluid charge was 34.44 and the labor was 130.51. For that labor price wouldn't you think it should include rags or supplies needed. What a ripoff
This place is a joke, free service my ass charge to balance tires during rotation, charge to wash and vacuum, then you have to make appointment 2 months in advance to sit and wait a half hour to get checked in for your appointment. Talk to the guy about a lift and they recommend spacers 50 dollar spacers on a 40 thousand dollar rig. Time to find a new dealer.
I purchased my brand new 2017 Toyota Rav4 from here about a month ago and have never been happier with it! Joey Ramirez was so much help and answered any questions I had through out the very smooth process and after.. Everyone here was great and I appreciate everyone being so awesome!
