The guy that checked me in was nice enough. I was in for my first check up at 5,000 miles. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment. It should've been a quick visit. I was told they were backed up two hours! Who has time for that? I walked out. My husband also has a new Toyota that we purchased from Larry Miller Toyota. He's in and out of their service dept within half an hour! Absolutely horrible customer service.

I've been here for work and personal. The sales guys are great. This review is for the service department. 5 months ago I needed a tire replaced all 4 were new (from toyota) but i busted the sidewall mountain states decided to tell me it was tire they couldn't get. Well about 2 weeks ago my brakes were squealing so I went to clean them today and the rear brakes were completely shot along with a few other issues I guess thus toyota does not know how to provide their own service agreements. We absolutely love our new 4Runner and the experience we had at MST. Joey Ramirez made the buying process easy with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the trim and color we wanted, as well as provided an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be sending our friends to Joey and Mountain States in the future.
