Although I did not purchase my Sienna from Mountain States but they have done ALL service and warranty repairs! My Service advisor Robert Flageolle is the best. Had a water pump fail under warranty and Robert and his techs knocked the job out and had my van back the very next day. Getting me a rental for a Day was a huge help as I was never with out a vehicle. When I’m ready to buy another Toyota Mountain States is where I’ll shop and of course continue service. Thanks for the great experience buying my new Taco - Carrington Latham (sales) and the service team were great.
If I could give negative stars I would. They billed my account for 27k when it was supposed to be 2k. The finance manager said "oops I fat fingered it". Now my account is screwed over for 3 to 5 days thanks to this careless and shady car dealership. I now have fees etc to deal with thanks to their EPIC screw up. What a joke! The guy was not even remorseful nor did he apologize.

I can’t say enough good things about Quentin! I just purchased a 4Runner from him after talking to several different dealerships around town.
