I came into the Mountain States dealership with my trade in vehicle. As soon as I enter, Ryne Schaer was ready to help right away. He knew his stuff! Explained the trade in process clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal! I was looking to get my hands on a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, and Ryne knew what exactly I was looking for in one. I purchased my RAV4 several years ago and continue to find ways that Mountain States messed things up. They only gave me one remote key fob for the car and the integrated key doesn't even fit my door. I got pricing from another dealer to get a replacement fob and it's over $400. Way to go Mountain States, way to go.
