I bought my 2015 Tacoma there 2 years ago. From the day I got it made a loud kazoo sound coming from the right passenger side window. I went back to Mountain States to explain what was happening. They told me they couldn’t duplicate it(no surprise here as you need to drive it on a freeway with a left to right crosswind). I had video of the noise. You can also do a google search of “Tacoma Kazoo noise” and you get several pages of similar stories. Very disappointed, Toby Haugen
We have purchased 2 vehicles from Mountain States. Neither of which were Toyota, but Jennifer Decker in sales got us the EXACT vehicles we wanted. In fact, she called us when the vehicle we here hunting for ended up on their lot. She is an amazing asset to Mountain States and to any car buyer wanting to be shot straight.
