My experience here buying my car was great. Derek Garcia was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car.
I haven't even purchased my car yet but my experience yesterday was nothing short of wonderful. The General Sales Manager Sean and his salesman Mike were wonderful to me. They explained all the features and benefits of the Highlander (which is what I went in there to see) and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful test drive as well. I will definitely be back for the Highlander.
Here for a service call and to discuss trading in my Tundra for a 2016. Unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere for my new Tundra due to poor customer service.

My husband and I went there, already had in mind what car to buy. We walked in, approached the first sales rep we saw in the lobby and purchased a car. Needless to say we left the parking lot with brand new car in less than an hour as we came well -prepared so no further negotiations is necessary. That experienced was great. Going to spend 24k on a newer RAV4 and they wouldn't even put car mats in it. (supposedly used car don't come with floor mats!) walk in to the service department and get me some floor mats or don't make the sale.
Seriously not happy with the fact that we paid 40,000 for a tundra and it didn't come with a spare tire! Called to try to figure out why and was told sorry it must have been stolen seriously Toyota??? I guess my next car won't be from you guys. Thanks for not helping
