The best car buying experience I’ve had yet. Ordered a brand new TRD Pro 4Runner and salesman Joey Ramirez couldn’t be more helpful! He never tried to up-sell me on anything or force me into buying things I didn’t need for the vehicle. He knew what I wanted and made sure I got it. We worked with Ryan Darenburg for our purchase and he was nothing short of greatness. He spent a lot of time with us and really enjoyed the options process. He even checked on our truck when the options were being installed and made extra time for us. We ran into an issue with the tire pressure sensors after our new wheels were installed right before a road trip. Overall had a great experience with them. Worked with Brandon and he was super helpful, he also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He made sure we knew all the facts going into each vehicle. Definitely enjoyed working with him. Made shopping for a car not so stressful.
After being burned by another dealership that morning, we went to Mountain States and couldn't have had things turn around faster. Dean was our sales guy! Hey was upfront, honest, found us exactly what we were looking for and most importantly fun! Not the normal kind of car salesman which we appreciated. No hard push to buy extra stuff we didnt want or need, and they stuck to our budget. Jesse from finance was also great, he made our payment a smidge cheaper and made sure we got more for our money!
