I had a really great experience with Jesse Reska on Saturday, August 18. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I ended up purchasing, both in terms of similar models by other makers and in terms of the same model by Toyota made during different years. In July 2018 we leased a 2018 Toyota Highlander. That experience was fine. Treated well and honestly the only complaint was how long the process took. On 15 August, we saw the perfect used car for our daughter’s first car. Made arrangements to come buy the vehicle the next day (16 August). I even called the sales person (same one we used for our lease) on the morning of the 16th, we spoke and he told me the car would be ready. We live in Parker so not a short hike.
