I don’t know yet if I would recommend them. I’m going in today to trade in my tundra for a2019. I really hope it’s a smooth transaction after they tried changing my price by a couple of thousand dollars. This is not the first time I purchase. A Vehicle from them, but it is the first time they try changing the E-price I was given. Hopefully they come thru and I drive away happy in the new tundra!
I worked with Joe Solis on purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma. Joe went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Just bought my 2018 Highlander and let me just say when I walked in there I had my doubts about ever buying a Toyota again due to a bad experience elsewhere , But Randy our salesman changed that completely. This past weekend I bought a 2017 Tundra. Usually I can’t stand the the car buying process. However, this time was different. Joey Ramirez was our salesman and he was amazing. Right away he made us feel comfortable. He interacted with our young daughter (took her around on the golf cart a few time), showed us pictures of his family, and wanted to get to know ours. Not typically a fan of the car buying experience or spending my day at a dealership, HOWEVER, Julian worked with me from the start and made my experience low stress, low pressure, and very comfortable to buy a car from Mountain State.
