Verified Renter This is the worst place I have ever lived. The front desk staff and maintenance trash. The apartments have roaches, bed bugs, and homeless people all around. In 6 months of me being here they've changed owners. Groups of men be out drinking and partying late with music up. Never fixed a water issue I have in my dishwasher, loose toilet that feels like it's going to sink in at any moment. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There have been problems since day one when we moved in. To start the apartment was not ready for our move in time. The people in the office gave us our keys and said to just come back later. When we came back later the apartment still was not ready, but we noticed the door was open and there were people working inside. When we spoke with the people inside, they had no idea that we were moving in that day. No one from management communicated with them and by that time the office was already closed. Horrible Horrible management and maintenance. Entire place is infested with roaches. They use false advertising. Our unit wasn’t ready upon move in date. They broke our lease and put us in a dirty unit with a moldy washer and defective dryer. Our AC hasn’t worked properly in two months. They’ve yet to fix. Hundreds of dollars paid to towing company because they failed to mention any of their policies. Don’t live here if you can afford it. Awful, don’t move here Huge mistake moving here. NO MAIL (go wait an hour at USPS anytime you need mail). NO POOL. There’s BUGS. You can’t get packages, they keep locking the gate and not letting in Amazon/FedEx. Made up fees. Awful.
Do Not Move Here Have lived here since these apartments were called Mountain Ranch. Nothing has changed except “new management” and slapping some paint on the outside of each building. The back gate has never been repaired. There was a leak towards the back of the property that literally caused a mini waterfall to form because it took them a few weeks to get it fixed, which by the way is still not safe (they just threw some wood on top of the hole they made). Affordable but not worth the price This has been the worst apartments I'v lived in by far. Dealt with roaches, broken beer cans all over parking lot, leaking faucets, cracking apartment walls, among many other issues. I moved out and am still being wrongfully charged. Management is not too helpful.
Great location but pretty bad crime We moved into these apartments October 2013 and for the most part we really liked them. The office staff was mostly friendly and helpful. No maintance issues, problems were usually resolved within the week depending on the problem. No bugs! That was one of the big things for me especially considering its an older apt.
