However, the move in process was a little bit chaotic information have been missing and the carpets have not been cleaned and they are very dirty.. but I really like the friendliness of property management and they are quick responses to my concerns

Moved in to a horribly disgusting dirty apartment ?? but other than that it’s perfect

Verified Renter Cockroaches that cannot be exterminated. Even if pest control comes it doesn’t help even a little bit. Having to move because of this issue because they’ve been here the entire time only getting worse.
