Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Good location, great view, super clean unit, so many thoughtful amenities, comfy beds and linens, etc. The kitchen could use an update tho, especially the stove but everything works fine and the extras such as some condiments, spices, etc was helpful to have. Even plenty of laundry soap, etc. It all makes for an added easy and relaxed experience. Especially enjoyed having a sound system for our use and variety of entertainment choices. RecommendedCondo itself is top notch and definitely 5-star. The complex on the other hand, isn't, at least not yet. The construction that is taking place near the pool isn't exactly pleasant when trying to relax by the pool. In addition, they don't open the fitness center or pool until 9 am. Coming from the east coast and being 6 hours ahead, we were up very early every morning so it would have been nice to be able to work out around 6, the time when most gyms open up.
RecommendedWe have been using Resort vacation properties and its predecessor companies for 30 years. Had a few storm / maintenance / issues over the years, including last year when the "wind event" damaged one of the house we rented for our family. They have always come through with solutions, and they did last year with very little notice.
With a mandatory evacuation in place for the island. These people couldnt have been any snootier and un-helpful for changing the reservation date or a partial refund. All they care about is the money they make off you and are very considerate. Booked with them 5 times in the past and all they told us is to bring a fucking book. Never again.
The best place to stay on the Panhandle!
