We are on day 2 of our week long stay and honestly I want to go home. The house we rented is gross and I’m going to have to take everyone to get a tetanus shot when we get home. The best part is the bag of rusted nails outside and how all of the door handles are rusted. Oh and the entire door frame leading to the porch is rusted. The lack of upkeep is completely unacceptable for what this company charges for a week stay. We will NEVER use them again. And I’m pretty sure this house (sea song) should be condemned.

We’ve booked cottages through Northern Rental Management for the past 9 years and always very pleased! Northern Pines was perfect for our growing family this year. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d ever need. The beach was gorgeous with all kinds of water toys for the children. Thank you once again, Northern Rental!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR ANY VACATION RENTAL!!!!!!! POOL SCREENS RIPPED OUT, BUG INFESTED POOL AREA, DIRTY AND MOLDY POOL DECK, BROKEN FAUCETS, STOPPED UP TOILETS...... BLOOD ON QUILTS AND SHEETS UPON CHECKIN. NOT AS BAYFRONT AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE!!!!! EVERY DAY OF OUR VACATION PRESENTED ANOTHER CHALLENGE. By the time the problems were addressed, our vacation was at an end. This house and renting experience was the WORST and we will NEVER rent from RVP again!!!!!!!!
Poor customer service when my family stayed and did nothing to fix the situation.

The condos we have stayed in have been clean. The problem we have is with the company that puts up all of the rental chairs taking up all of the waterfront space on the beach. If you are not willing to pay the $175 per week to rent two chairs and one umbrella from them, you will not be able to see the water from your chair. This is a problem if you would like to sit under your umbrella while watching your children play in the ocean.
This is my 3rd time staying with SVR and I could not be more thrilled. The property we usually stayed at, is now off the rental market. I asked them to find me a comparative and the new property we stayed in was a new town, normally Manzanita and this time was Rockaway Beach. It was far beyond awesome! Great company to rent from. Very helpful on getting you someplace just right for your vacation!!
