We have stayed on the island many times and not had any issues with renting a home. This time our house wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in which we accepted because they gave us vouchers for BJs pizza. But once we got to the house we quickly realized our NO PET Home was FULL of pet hair. The couch was covered, the floor was covered. We have a baby that is crawling and we were not ok with this as well as my husband having really bad allergies. The house did the job of providing a place to sleep and stay cool, as well as a good kitchen set up, however the queen beds were terrible. They all made terrible noise when one sat down, got up, or moved in any way. Also there were no mattress pads. I also wish our house would’ve provided a vacuum due to all the sand tracked in throughout the ENTIRE HOUSE. The ceiling fan in our bedroom made a knocking noise no matter what speed setting. Beech Breeze was great and RDI was phenomenal ! I would suggest they replace the master mattress. Also, the TVs need to be upgraded to support HDMI in the master and the main room. The internet speed should be upgraded.
Returned recently from my first experience with vacation rentals. Everyone at RVP was very nice and helpful to me. We stayed in the Plantation and enjoyed biking around, and the beach was great. The night sky from the deck was awesome. All the family enjoyed the stay. The Island is beautiful and has lots of places to eat, and activities to enjoy. We will be booking again with Resort Vacation Properties. Being a first time vacation rental customer, I did purchase the insurance. You never know what might come up. Thank you RVP... read more
