RecommendedA perfect place to stay in Kauai! The deck is completely private and only shared with one other condo. We saw sea turtles every morning and afternoon. Poipu Beach is only 5 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here!

We are blessed to own a home on SGI, but not quite blessed enough to actually live there. � RVP had been handling our home for 5 years & they always go above & beyond. Thanks RVP!
We’ve been planning a family vacation for weeks. My in laws booked a property and paid for it in full weeks ago. They were just informed that they double booked the property. They cancelled my family’s reservation and issued a refund without providing any alternate arrangements, or even helping them to find a new place to stay. We are now less than one week away from our planned trip date, and they have no place to stay. Unbelievable. You couldn’t pay me to use this incompetent company.

If possible I would give Northern Rental Management ZERO stars but that's not possible. They double booked the Crystal Lake rental property that we reserved (by way of a full payment a month in advance) for the Fourth of July. They did not contact us about THEIR mistake with the double booking until one week before we were set to depart for our 4th of July family vacation, at which time they simply canceled our reservation and issued a refund.
